There is a very delicate balance to hormones in the body. If any hormone becomes in excess or deficient, it will affect the other hormones in the body. Today, I am going to discuss excess of estrogen, also known as estrogen dominance. Excess of estrogen can happen in two ways. A person can either have more estrogen than normal.
